AAU BASEBALL TOURNAMENT ENTRY POLICY

Teams dropping out of North Carolina AAU Sanctioned baseball tournaments after the deadline entry date for any reason will forfeit their entry fee. The entry fees will not be applied toward any future tournaments.


The AAU BASEBALL POLICY FOR RAIN and cancellations of games or tournaments is as follows:

• No Games played due to rain----full tournament refunded, within 48 hours by tournament director.
  
• One game started or completed---1/2 tournament entry fee will be refunded, within 48 hours by tournament director.
  
• Second game started or completed---No amount will be refunded.
  
• Tournament directors are not required to refund gate money for games that are postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled, due to rain if a game is started due to the AAU umpire payment policy.
  
• Signs should be posted at your gates during rain tournaments making this announcement to everyone.
  
• Gates on rain tournaments should be closed until games are started and admissions policy should be explained before entry.
  

Team forfeited games also count as a game played and refunds in the tournameant and gate refunds are not required.
